An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor is required to work on an existing caseload whilst seeking to expand it. The successful candidate will also have experience of general commercial work with businesses and small companies to reinforce the firm’s spread of skills. Candidates with a following will be particularly welcome but this is not essential.
This is a key post and will be ideal for someone with true managerial or partnership potential combined with commercial acumen and marketing skills.

A Solicitor, Executive or experienced Conveyancer working on a part time basis is required to deal with an established caseload with some small commercial. There is scope for expansion of this role over and above general market trends through cross selling and referral as well as further development of local connections. An experienced general litigation Solicitor is required to lead the Litigation Department at Loughborough. We have a mixed caseload of private and commercial matters including employment and a regular flow of contested probate and trust matters. With the development of property and commercial work generally within the firm it is expected that the range of work will continue to grow.
The firm has undertaken a number of marketing initiatives recently including a successful networking club and the successful candidate will be expected to participate fully.
Candidates with a following will be welcome but the ability to cross sell and build relationships locally is crucial.
