September 2010 saw Hawley and Rodgers launch an anti-recession networking group. Although the recession is officially over, the group remains successful, thanks largely to its relaxed and informal format, and the absence of costly sign up fees.
'Networking from Hawley and Rodgers' provides local businesses with an opportunity to meet and chat over coffee (at Costa, Market Street), on a monthly basis - what could be simpler?
We will be meeting on Tuesday 28 June, and Tuesday 26 July. Meetings start at 7.45am, and it costs just £3 to attend (which includes a drink).
If you would like to be added to our invite list, please contact Laura Anderson.

Building on the success of our monthly networking meetings, we have teamed up with local charity Twenty Twenty to host an evening event, on Tuesday 14 June, at Revolution.
'Summer Networking from Hawley and Rodgers' is a great opportunity to meet with local businesses in an informal setting, making the most of the Great British Summer, at the same time lending your support to a worthwhile local cause.
Tickets cost just £12.50, which includes a glass of Pimm's on arrival, and a buffet. There will also be a raffle. All profits from the event, and all proceeds from the raffle, will be donated to Twenty Twenty.
To reserve your place, or to discuss donating a raffle prize, please contact Laura Anderson.

Sue Benson has just been appointed to the Law Society Children Panel. This in recognition of her long experience in all types of legal work in Child Care which complements her expertise in Family and Divorce work.
Hawley and Rodgers now has 2 Children Panel members, the other being Celia Lacey. We are therefore in a strong position to provide publicly funded legal advice in the Child Care field.

We are pleased to announce that we have now signed the lease to move to new office premises on Canal Street in Nottingham. By being on the doorstep of the Nottingham Courts we will be able to provide a better and more convenient service handy for the railway, bus and tram. The move is likely to take place sometime in June: actual date to follow.
Our Clarendon Street offices are operating normally in the meantime and our Loughborough and Bingham offices are not affected.
