Peter is a Partner and specialises in Commercial Conveyancing.  He is based at our Loughborough office but can meet clients at our other offices as well.  He also does some Residential Conveyancing, often for his commercial clients.

MICHELLE FRISBY
CONVEYANCING

Michelle is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and specialises in Residential Conveyancing at our Loughborough and Bingham offices.  She is familiar with all types of leasehold and freehold conveyancing.

JOHN HOWLETT
CONVEYANCING

John has long experience of Residential Conveyancing and works at our Nottingham office.  He accepts instructions from all types of residential buyers and sellers and has a number of local landlords as clients.

Elspeth has over twenty years law experience of dealing with legal family work.  Her speciality is high value financial claims, in particular those involving businesses including rural enterprises and farms.  Elspeth works primarily from Loughborough and Bingham.

Alison is a Partner and has over fifteen years legal experience in handling all aspects of Family Law.  Alison specialises in dealing with financial claims although her expertise also extends to cases involving children.  Alison works in Nottingham and Bingham.

VICTORIA CHAMBERLAIN: PARTNER

Victoria is a Partner and has been qualified as a Solicitor since 2000. She has been with us since then and undertakes all kinds of family legal work, both funded privately and by legal aid. Victoria works at our Loughborough office.

Celia is a Solicitor and a member of the Law Society's Children Panel. She is based at our Nottingham office.  She has over twenty years experience of dealing with care proceedings, adoption and other matters involving Children’s Services.

Rachael is a Solicitor specialising in Family and Childcare work. She is based at Loughborough and Nottingham and is also available for instructions in the Leicester area.

Sue is a Legal Executive and works at our Nottingham office undertaking family work of all kinds, but particularly divorce and children work. She has also developed expertise in matters involving unauthorised removal of children to other countries.

Stephanie is a Solicitor and Head of our Litigation Department. She deals with both

Laura is a Solicitor dealing with all types of litigation including debt recovery. She has a particular interest in employment matters and is a part-time Lecturer in Law at De Montfort University.

Jane has over ten years experience of Personal Injury work and is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
