Litigation
Hawley & Rodgers is a long established practice renowned for its excellent service and advice.
The Litigation Department is no exception. It offers a wide range of advice and services provided by highly skilled and experienced lawyers whether you are an individual, business or a company.
We can provide advice at all levels. Initial advice as to whether a claim is worth pursuing or defending and explain clearly the process involved in order that you can make that decision. Once the decision to proceed is made we conduct the case for you including negotiations, mediation, arbitration or litigation. Our aim is to achieve the best possible outcome for you and where possible to bring the dispute to an early resolution.
We can advise on debt recovery, consumer credit, breach of contract, negligent services, issues arising for the purchase of goods including the right to a replacement, repair or refund, problems with contested wills or contested intestacy, employment whether you are the employer or the employee, licensing, injunctions, negligent medical care, personal injury, commercial disputes, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, bankruptcy and of course all aspects of crime.
We can deal with matters in person, by letter, telephone or e-mail and in some cases offer legal funding.
