Position
We currently have a position for a Conveyancing Fee Earner. We will consider applications from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Licenced Conveyancers.

Key requirements and responsibilities
- Experience dealing with freehold and leasehold properties, sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Able to run you own caseload from quotation to post completion
- Ability to ensure a high level of client care
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Proactive and capable of managing a varied caseload efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Practical and commercial but friendly approach
