Key requirements and responsibilities
- Experience in dealing with all private client law matters.
- Excellent technical knowledge and skills in wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and powers of attorney
- Proactive and capable of managing a varied caseload efficiently
- Ability to provide expert legal advice and a high level of client care
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Self- motivated with a keen interest in self-development in private client work
- Practical and commercial but friendly approach
