Leanne Rhodes is a solicitor within the Dispute Resolution team at our Bingham office.
She began her career at a well-known Nottingham law firm where she undertook her training contract and qualified as a solicitor in 2019 before joining Hawley Rodgers in 2022.
Leanne deals with a range of civil and commercial litigation matters including contract disputes and sale of goods legislation, particularly fitness for purpose and satisfactory quality issues. She also regularly advises clients on property disputes which encompasses boundary disputes, adverse possession and landlord and tenant possession claims.
Having had horses in her life for over 20 years, Leanne specialises in the niche area of equine law having advised clients on disputes relating to the sale and purchase of horses, co-ownership of horses and veterinary negligence claims.
Leanne also has experience advising clients on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975 and challenges to wills.
