N.B. All fixed fees are to be treated as ‘starting from’ and should any matter be considered more complex, then an updated fee estimate will be given at the time instructions are taken. Specific advice, such as detailed inheritance tax planning or the preservation of assets, will be based upon the hourly rate of the fee earner.
